Dorf Markt Cham 2023 — Our first market stand

The Dorf Markt in Cham 2023 was our very first market stand. My younger brother and I were excited — finally, we could present VestaTea in person and receive direct feedback from customers. It was insightful experience. Switzerland is not a tea country — that became clear on this day. Common feedback: "I only drink tea when I'm sick," or: "Do you have chamomile or peppermint?" Premium teas from Japan, China and Taiwan were unfamiliar territory for many passers-by. But that is exactly what motivated us. There were also those encounters that mean everything — people who took the time to taste a Bug Bitten and wanted to learn more. Lesson one, learned at the Dorf Markt: premium tea in Switzerland requires patience, education, and above all the willingness to keep explaining what tea can truly be.
