At the heart of this blend is a distinctive black tea made from the Qin Xing cultivar, traditionally prized for producing exceptional Oolong teas. Its natural flavour profile reveals notes of sun-ripened oranges, mandarin zest and golden honey, complemented by delicate floral nuances and a subtle hint of caramel. Preserving this remarkable complexity is at the heart of our philosophy. That is why we carefully complement the black tea with cloves, cardamom, real vanilla pods, cacao nibs and cinnamon – all additional ingredients are organically grown. The spices bring a gentle, festive warmth to the tea without overpowering its natural elegance and sweetness. We deliberately avoid added natural or artificial flavourings, aroma sprays and other flavour-enhancing additives. Rather than an overpowering, artificially intensified aroma, you can expect a delicate and beautifully balanced interplay of genuine ingredients – layered, harmonious and with a pleasantly lingering finish. For our spices, we collaborate with a supplier based in Central Switzerland who sources ingredients directly from their places of origin. This allows us to combine carefully selected ingredients with the values and philosophy behind our tea.
