Pomelo Flower Oolong is a rare and beautifully aromatic Taiwanese Oolong tea traditionally scented with fresh pomelo blossoms. This unique tea combines the rich depth and smooth elegance of Oolong with the delicate floral sweetness of blooming pomelo flowers, creating a refined and deeply comforting tea experience. The scenting process is exceptionally delicate and time-intensive. Fresh pomelo blossoms are carefully harvested, cooled, and repeatedly rested to encourage the flowers to bloom naturally while preserving their fragrance. Once perfectly opened, the blossoms are gently layered with the tea leaves by hand, allowing the leaves to slowly absorb the natural floral aroma over many hours. After scenting, the tea is softly roasted at low temperatures to stabilize the moisture while preserving the tea’s elegant fragrance and complexity. The result is a beautifully smooth and layered tea with lingering floral sweetness, soft citrus notes, and a refined, refreshing finish. Each infusion reveals elegant notes of white flowers, honeyed pomelo blossom, and subtle fruity depth, balanced by the rich body and lasting Hui Gan of premium Taiwanese Oolong tea. Carefully tested and certified free from pesticide residues by SGS.
