Bug Bitten Oolong can only be made when tea bushes have been infested by little leaf hoppers. The insects cause oxidation and produce enzymes creating unique sweet, fruity flavor. Very limited production. The Tea was medium Roasted with Traditional Charcoal Method. The roasting increased the naturally sweet honey armoa. The tea has passed the pesticide residual inspection by SGS Company
